Clumsiness aside this is a nice pic. My only minor gripe with it would be the two bandages over his mouth. They just seem out of place, colour-wise.

That's not to say this wouldn't make a fine print though!

One of my first thoughts was "that's an odd way to hold a ruler".

It seems her right hand is actually another left hand given the position of the thumb. Aside from that this is a decent sketch.
