The Masque of Anarchy influence is strong with this one. I'd be lying if part of me wasn't tempted to voice, though there are certainly those out there who'd be better at it than I am.

The artwork is simplistic, yet the story packs a punch. Reading these comic pages, which I deem more than passable, the first feeling invoked in me is not sadness, but anger. I'm sure you know why that is, what with how a certain category of charity organisation has skyrocketed in quantity for the past decade or more. The increasing number of customers we get, and the ever higher number of bags we put out, does nothing to abate that anger, fuelled further by the callousness and lightweightness of those governing us, whether they be red, blue or some other frivolous shade.

We need more words like this, more comics like this, more *insert-medium-here* of this message, because god only knows it needs to be spread, and to get into the heads of the aforementioned lightweights.

Thank you so much Chaz! I'd admittedly never read Masque of Anarchy and for this one, my direct influences were @ForgottenDawn and riji monogatari, both of whom have drawn monochromatic evocative images so I took leaves from their books
