Well, here we are.

Chapter 6, the final chapter of Potatoman Ignited (and Dave & Carl #1000!!!), comes out tomorrow. With that, the Potatoman Trilogy comes to a close. Begins, Regrown and Ignited. A worthy saga.

When I conceptualised Potatoman Begins nearly four years ago, it never occurred to me how much of my storytelling would turn out Potatoman-centered, but starting on Begins opened up a range of possibilities. By the end of 2016 I had come up with the idea of Regrown and what would become Ignited, I'd come up with characters beyond those mere mortals who inhabit Littleworth, and I'd given life and meaning to a caped crusader who (more-or-less) started out as a joke character.

On that note, Monday's Patreon post will be a compilation of concept art and sketches for Ignited. If there were a good time to send a dollar (or more) my way, I'd say now's that time! By supporting the Patreon you'll also gain access to high-res versions of Potatoman Ignited itself!

And finally, in case you didn't already know, Ignited Chapter 6 is the last comic before my two-month break from Dave & Carl. I'll still be drawing, sketching and shitposting (and as it turns out, maybe talking about the damned general election, too), but I just needed a breather. Dave & Carl shall return in the earliest days of January 2020 with somewhat of a refresh.

I wholeheartedly hope you've enjoyed reading Potatoman Ignited as I have making it, and enjoy Chapter 6.
