Having more or less got over this damn cough I've had for the past week or so, it's time to look back at some of this year's stuff AND look towards the future!

So creatively, this year saw the completion of Potatoman Begins, the creation of a Patreon (check it out, yo), Inktober (again) and all the usual NG holidays as well. Too all the 383 fans (at time of writing) I say a big XOXO to all of you, you're the best ^-^

Now, what about 2018, eh?

First thing coming out will be, of course, Potatoman Regrown Chapter 1 on January 20th. That'll just be the first part of six, so you'll wanna stay subscribed to that! Not only that, but with a copy of Flash MX 2004 in my hands I was able to start tracing all the other new comics too! I already did that with these two pics.

Here's a taste of what's to come (you may need to squint to see the difference, but even so the comics look A LOT nicer now IMO):

Now you may be thinking, with Flash in my possession, have I been using it for animation?

Answer: YES (just barely)

It has no layers, nor any sound (and wasn't meant to in the first place) but this is something I did back in October/November. A (very) small number of people may have seen it in NG chat (before it got nixed) but aside from that, here's a first look at ChazDude's barely-emerging animation skills:

It seems to glitch out whenver I try to colour the later frames for some reason, so don't expect anything more of this simple GIF.

Hopefully by the time this decade is out I'll have something to call my 100% own on that 'Movies' page of mine...
