Version B: (You may have to reword it in order to make it even funnier, but I put an alternate version in the picture) The full joke is that he can't believe that Hell hasn't frozen over by now due to people saying "when Hell freezes over" every time they don't believe something will happen and then later on the thing that they thought wouldn't happen happens.
