Sup NG, this is your friendly neighbourhood ChazDude speaking.

This post is just a few things that happen to be on my mind right now, both good and somewhat-bad news, I suppose I'll start with the bad:

The Animation

A few of you may be wondering when the next D&C animation will be coming out, I think I can tell you now that the answer is fairly simple:

It won't be.

It's been nearly two months since I've had any contact from SuperBastard, and by the looks of things, he hasn't really been active for some time. thing is, I've already had someone start working on the cartoon and then a couple of weeks in, that guy chickens out of the whole thing. could've been down to their personal issues or something but still, It's all really disheartening to be honest.

The Comics

Here's where things get a lil' brighter (I think)

At this point I thought I'd let you know that there won't be a 350th comic special.

HOWEVER, I am currently fleshing something out for an October 31st release, no promises, but I do plan to make at least some kind of longer-than-usual comic for halloween (sorry, no screenshots c:)

ChazDude on vacation

I thought you should also be aware that I'm going to be away in Italy from next Monday til' the 1st or 2nd of August (family holiday), an upside of this is that I really need a short break from everything Dave & Carl related (except possibly getting inspiration for new comics perhaps).

Because of this there likely won't be any comic releases for the whole of next week, but as a counter-measure, I'll be releasing one comic every day for the week after I come back (I could take the laptop and upload them while in Italy, but I'm a lazy asshole :P).

Here's to hoping I won't be blown up by Mount Vesuvius.
